At Reviborn, we stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email us at support@reviborn.com with your order number and the reason for your request (optional, but it helps us improve).
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of each product (one refund per product per customer).
- For orders with multiple units of the same product, unopened units must be returned in their original packaging; the opened unit is covered by the money-back guarantee.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse of this policy.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@reviborn.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You will not be asked to return the damaged item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us at support@reviborn.com.
